GREG GILKISON

Greg brings over 50 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held managerial positions with MLC Fire & General and Legal & General. More than 20 years ago, he acquired R&M Insurance Brokers, which he passed on to his children, Jared and Sarah, in 2017. Greg continues to play an active role in the business, focusing on consulting for complex claims, serving on various Not-for-Profit boards, and cherishing quality time with his grandchildren
JARED GILKISON
ANZIIF (SNR Assoc) CIP
Jared serves as the Director and Senior Account Manager at R&M Insurance Brokers. He joined the team in 2012, initially focusing on business development for civil clients, and has since taken on the responsibility of overseeing business operations and client engagement. Jared is passionate about contributing to the family business and upholding its esteemed reputation in the industry.
SARAH TOPLISS

CIPSarah is a Senior Associate at R&M Insurance Brokers with 20 years of experience in the insurance sector. She specialises in managing compliance and underwriting accounts, and she takes pride in fostering personal relationships with her clients.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her children, playing hockey, and socialising with family and friends. Her warm personality and infectious smile often brighten the day of those around her.
